First-Responder Health & Wellness Consult

First responders often face unique challenges when it comes to health and wellbeing — from demanding shift schedules to the compounded physical and emotional toll of dangerous, high-stress environments. These pressures can put their long-term health at risk, making it even more important to connect them with the right support and resources. This consult is designed as an accessible opportunity for first responders to receive expert coaching and support from a physician to help them navigate health challenges, improve their wellbeing, and sustain their capacity to serve.

$50. No membership fee. No additional taxes.

What is included?

  • Free initial evaluation (~ first 5 minutes) to confirm I can provide meaningful assistance.
  • Up to 60 total minutes of consulting time via Zoom.
  • Assistance working through a specific health issue or addressing a specific-health related question.
  • Early morning, evening, and weekend availability.
  • Flexibility to adjust appointment times based on last-minute changes.
  • Access to discounted service rates if ongoing support is desires and a good fit for your needs.

Restrictions

  • Age 18 or older.
  • First-responder in Michigan or Ohio.
  • Must be physically in Michigan or Ohio at the time of the consult.
  • This consult provides education and guidance, and should not be utilized to address an urgent or acute medical issue (ex., chest pain, shortness of breath, headache, confusion, vision changes, vomiting, fever, diarrhea).

First-Responder Consult

Please provide 3 dates and times in the Eastern time zone (5AM-1130 PM weekdays or weekends) when you would be available for a Zoom meeting. It is best to plan for 60-70 minutes. This allows us enough time to complete the consultation session, if we decide to move forward with working together after the intial evaluation.
