Becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist fundamentally changed how I understand stress—and how I help others use it to grow. Stress is not inherently harmful. When applied intentionally and modulated appropriately, it becomes the stimulus for adaptation, resilience, and performance. This same framework applies beyond physical training—whether you’re navigating professional demands or making meaningful lifestyle changes. Today, this model is a cornerstone of my coaching, mentorship, and clinical care.
