Discounted Health Coaching

For a limited time, I am offering discounted health coaching services. This can include a single knowledge or skill-building session, or it can be a custom-built lifestyle-change package.


Common Health Coaching Topics:

- Weight loss.

- Implementing healthier eating patterns.

- Finding and using high-quality supplements.

- Increasing physical activity.

- Staying healthy as an older adult.

- Improving sleep quality.

- Decreasing feelings of burnout.

- Increasing capacity for managing stress.

- Increasing work productivity & efficiency.

- Navigating health challenges.

- Finding needed health care resources.

- Identifying resources to increase affordability of medications.

- Using Stelo or other continuous glucose monitoring tools to learn about oneself or support behavior change.


Qualification Criteria: 1. Person is 18 or older. 2. Person is in the United States.


Cost:  $110 per individual session or behavior-change support packages averaging $100 per week. The initial consultation to discuss interest and needs is free.


Have an HSA or FSA? You may be eligible for reimbursement. We’ll review your options during your free consult.


Getting Started:  1. Complete Health Coaching Inquiry Form. 2. Confirm time for initial consultation Zoom meeting.

Health Coaching Inquiry

Please provide 3 dates and times (in your time zone) when you would be available for a Zoom meeting. It is typically best to plan for 60-90 minutes to allow for us to complete our first session, if we decide to move forward with working together during the inital consultation.
