Men’s Sexual Health & Education Consult
Many men grow up with incomplete or poor-quality sexual health education. The result? Misconceptions, anxiety, and stigma about their own bodies and experiences with sex. Too often, men turn to medications or supplements to address concerns about performance—sometimes unnecessarily—leading to wasted money, added stress, and potential health risks.
For men under 35, these challenges can be especially impactful, affecting both mental and physical health.
This consult provides a one-on-one opportunity to have an open, judgment-free conversation with an expert in health and human sexuality. As a family physician and PhD-trained sex and relationship researcher, I help men—especially heterosexual men—develop a deeper, evidence-based understanding of their bodies and sexuality in a way that feels comfortable, empowering, and supportive.
Together, we can break down harmful myths, address misconceptions, and build healthier, more confident perspectives. The result often includes:

Free initial evaluation.
$100 if you decide to continue with the session after the initial evaluation. No membership fee. No additional taxes.

Option 1: Sexual Performance Enhancement Second Opinion (MI & OH only)
This consult is designed for men 35 and younger who are currently using a medication, supplement, or injection to improve sexual performance. Together, we will:
- Review your concerns and experiences
- Evaluate whether your current treatment is likely addressing the root cause of the issue
- Provide additional education and recommendations as appropriate
If, during the initial evaluation, I determine that your current treatment is reasonable, the session can be ended early at no charge.
If you would like to continue the session to gain deeper education or address additional questions, you can do so under the $100 Personal Education Session (Option 3).
Option 2: Limited Sexual Concern Evaluation Session (MI & OH only)
This consult is designed for men 35 and younger who are currently experiencing a sexual health concern and want guidance on how best to address it. During this session, we will:
- Discuss your concern and its possible causes
- Explore appropriate next steps for getting it addressed
- Provide education and recommendations tailored to your situation
Please note: I typically do not order STI testing or prescribe medications during these sessions.
If, during the initial evaluation, it becomes clear that I am not likely to be helpful in addressing your concern, the session can be ended early at no charge.
If you would like to continue the session to gain additional education or address other questions, you may do so under the $100 Personal Education Session (Option 3).
Option 3: Personal Sexual Education Session (Any US Location)
This consult is ideal for men 35 and younger who want to ask questions and learn more about their bodies, sex, and sexual health in a private, personalized, judgment-free setting.
These sessions can be especially helpful for men who experience guilt, anxiety, or other negative feelings related to their bodies, solo experiences, or partnered sex. Together, we will focus on building understanding, confidence, and healthier perspectives.
If, during the initial evaluation, it becomes clear that I am not likely to be helpful in addressing your questions, the session can be ended early at no charge.
Restrictions
- Age: Available for men 18–35
- Location:
- Options 1 & 2: Must be physically in Michigan or Ohio at the time of consult
- Option 3: Available anywhere in the U.S.
- Insurance: Options 1 & 2 are not available to individuals currently on Medicaid or Medicare
- Platform: All consults are conducted via Zoom
- Important: These sessions provide education, guidance, and evaluation only. They are not appropriate for urgent or acute medical issues such as: genital pain, fever, chills, abdominal pain, concerning discharge, bleeding, or sores. Please seek in-person medical care promptly if you are experiencing these symptoms.
